Hi, my name is Paul and I have been practicing Yang style tai chi since 2008. My friend talked me in to joining a class that he attended as a way of helping me to manage my stress. Well, it worked and I’ve been attending the same classes with him ever since! Not so long ago he suggested I start teaching my own class, I took his advice again and have been teaching here at the bowls club since August 2016.
