Hi, my name is Paul and I have been practicing Yang style tai chi since 2008. My friend talked me in to joining a class that he attended as a way of helping me to manage my stress. Well, it worked, and I’m still attending the same class all these years later! Back in 2016 the same friend suggested I start teaching my own class, I took his advice again and have been teaching here at the bowls club pretty much ever since (aside from the break for Lockdown!)
The class is currently running at full capacity which is great, but it also means that unfortunately, I’m not able to take on any new members at the moment.
